Server Rules

The laws of Silvan Lands. Read them, know them, follow them.

General Rules

  1. No cheating, hacking, or exploiting. This includes aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, recoil scripts, and any third-party software that gives unfair advantage. Cheaters and their associated teammates are permanently banned instantly. No appeals. If you have a game ban or a ban from another server for cheating — regardless of how long ago — you will be permanently banned on sight. We do not tolerate cheating in any form.
  2. Maximum team size is 3 (Trio). No alliances, no teaming with other groups, no sharing base access with more than 2 other players. Door codes shared = team.
  3. No racism, hate speech, or targeted harassment. Trash talk is part of Rust, but slurs and genuine harassment cross the line. Instant ban from the server.
  4. No impersonating admins or staff. Don't claim to be an admin, don't pretend to have powers you don't have.
  5. No advertising other servers. Don't post other server IPs, Discord links, or recruitment messages.
  6. Report bugs, don't abuse them. If you find an exploit or bug, report it in Discord. Abusing bugs is treated the same as cheating.
  7. Don't be an asshole. We foster a fun environment for everyone. Banter and trash talk are part of Rust and totally fine — but if you're genuinely being toxic, ruining the experience for others, or just making the server a worse place to be, you'll be permanently banned. Use common sense.
  8. Admin decisions are final. Admins don't play on the server. They exist to maintain fair play. If you disagree with a decision, appeal in Discord — don't argue in-game.

Raiding Rules

  1. All raids must be scheduled through the Raid Scheduler. No unauthorized base damage. Use /raid to initiate.
  2. No raiding unless scheduled. All base damage is disabled by default. The only way to raid someone is through the Raid Scheduler. Exception: if an entire team has been offline for 48+ hours, their base becomes raidable. During the Purge (final 2 days of wipe), all protection is removed.
  3. Deposits are required. Both parties must put up their Mithril deposit before the raid begins.
  4. Respect the raid window. When the timer ends, raiding stops. Any damage after the window closes is a violation.
  5. No griefing after raids. If you win a raid, you may take loot and claim the TC. You may not wall off or destroy the base purely to grief.
  6. No interfering with others' raids. If you're not a participant in a scheduled raid, stay out of it. Counter-raiding non-participants is not allowed during scheduled raids.
  7. The Purge (final 2 days) — all raiding is allowed. Offline raid protection is lifted. No scheduling required, no deposits, no restrictions except don't cheat.

PvP Rules

  1. Full PvP everywhere. There are no safe zones. PvP is allowed at all monuments, in the ocean, and everywhere else on the map.
  2. No kill farming. Same-player kill cooldowns exist for Mithril. Intentionally dying to feed someone Mithril is considered exploiting.
  3. No combat logging. Disconnecting during PvP to avoid death is not allowed. Your body stays in the world.

Chat & Conduct Rules

  1. Keep global chat civil. Banter is fine. Threats, doxxing, and targeted harassment are not.
  2. No spamming. Don't flood chat with repeated messages, symbols, or nonsense.
  3. Trade board is for trades only. Don't post memes, complaints, or off-topic content on the trade board.
  4. Discord rules apply in-game too. Any behavior that would get you banned from Discord will get you banned in-game.

Purchase & Subscription Rules

  1. All purchases are final. Subscriptions and standalone packages are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
  2. Bans forfeit all purchases. If you are banned for violating server rules, you lose access to all subscription perks immediately. No refunds will be issued for time remaining on your subscription. Don't cheat, don't be toxic, and this will never be an issue.
  3. Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban. If you dispute a legitimate charge with your payment provider instead of contacting us, you will be permanently banned from the server and Discord.
  4. Subscriptions renew and charge automatically every 30 days. You can cancel at any time through your Tebex account. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
  5. Perks reset each wipe. One-time wipe grants (free shields, etc.) reset at the start of each monthly wipe. Resource kit cooldowns reset independently on their own timer.
  6. Perks are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust, rebalance, or modify subscription perks at any time to maintain fair gameplay. We will communicate significant changes in advance through Discord.
  7. Server availability is not guaranteed. Purchases grant access to perks when the server is online. We do not compensate for downtime, wipes, Rust updates, or other interruptions beyond our control.
  8. One account per purchase. Subscription perks are tied to your Steam account. Sharing, transferring, or selling your perks to another player is not allowed.
  9. To receive Discord perks, link your Discord during checkout. Discord roles and channel access require signing into Discord through the Tebex checkout process. If you skip this step, open a ticket in Discord to have your roles assigned manually.

Rules are enforced at admin discretion. If something isn’t listed here but is clearly disruptive, admins may still act on it. Play fair, have fun, and don’t ruin the experience for others.
