Shield Pricing (In-Game, Mithril)
All players can purchase shield time at their TC. Higher tiers unlock longer durations and raise the stack cap. Non-subscribers have a 90-second cast time when activating shields; all subscription tiers get instant activation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this server pay-to-win?
No. Subscriptions are cosmetics and quality-of-life. If a free player and a Valar subscriber fight, the outcome is 100% skill. We never sell Mithril for real money, never sell weapons or resources that affect combat, and never give subscribers extra gather rates or team slots.
Can non-subscribers buy shields?
Yes. All players can buy shields with Mithril (max 4h stack). Subscriptions just get higher caps, free shields per wipe, and instant activation.
What about the resource kits — isn’t that pay-to-win?
Resource kits are convenience, not advantage. They save a farming trip but don’t provide anything you can’t gather yourself in 15 minutes at 2x rates. They’re also locked for 3 hours after wipe, so everyone starts equal.
What does “quest skip after 2 weeks” mean?
Valar subscribers can skip the workbench quest chains, but only 14+ days after wipe. During the first two weeks, everyone — subscriber or not — must complete quests. This helps late joiners catch up without giving early-wipe advantage.
Can I buy Mithril with real money?
No. Mithril is earned through gameplay only. This is a hard rule. The moment we sell Mithril, everything in the economy becomes purchasable with cash, and that crosses the pay-to-win line.
