What You Get
Valar — the divine powers of Middle-earth. This is the top tier. It includes everything from Mellon and Silmaril plus exclusive features you can’t get anywhere else — including access to the Quest Server, a second server with its own content that only Valar subscribers can enter.
Everything From Mellon & Silmaril
All perks carry over — colored name, Discord role, map voting, Sign Artist, /bgrade, wallpapers, instant shield activation, Skinbox, workbench range, and an upgraded resource kit.
The Quest Server
This is the flagship Valar feature. The Quest Server is a separate, exclusive server that is directly linked to the main server. Both servers share the same progression — your Mithril, achievements, quest progress, and unlocks carry across both worlds.
How It Works
- Use
/portalat a Portal Stone on the main server to transfer to the Quest Server - Your character transfers between servers — you physically move between worlds
- Progression is shared — Mithril earned on the Quest Server appears in your main server balance. Quest completions, achievements, and unlocks sync across both servers.
- Use
/portalon the Quest Server to return to the main server - Cooldown between transfers to prevent abuse
What Makes It Special
- Linked progression — The Quest Server isn’t a separate experience. It’s an extension of the main server. Everything you earn there counts on the main server and vice versa.
- Exclusive content — Quests, events, and challenges designed specifically for the Quest Server that you can’t find on the main server
- No building — The Quest Server is a content zone, not a base-building server. You go there to quest, fight, and earn rewards, then return home with everything you’ve gained.
- Unique rewards — Complete Quest Server objectives to earn exclusive items, titles, and Mithril that carry back to your main server character
- Limited access — Only Valar subscribers can enter, keeping the experience curated and uncrowded
This is the single biggest reason to go Valar. It’s an entire second world of content that feeds directly into your main server progression.
Exclusive Titles
Valar subscribers earn access to exclusive cosmetic titles that no other players can obtain. These appear as chat prefixes and show that you’re a top-tier supporter of Silvan Lands.
Manage your titles with /title — equip any title you’ve earned, or hide it entirely.
Valar Quest Line
A dedicated quest chain available only to Valar subscribers. These quests offer unique objectives and Mithril rewards separate from the standard workbench progression quests.
Quest Skip (After 2 Weeks)
If you join mid-wipe (14+ days after wipe day), you can skip the workbench quest chains entirely and jump straight to Workbench Level 3. This is designed for late joiners who don’t want to grind through progression while everyone else is already endgame.
During the first 14 days of every wipe, this perk is disabled. Everyone — Valar or not — completes quests the normal way. No early-wipe advantage.
Upgraded Perks
Priority Queue
You don’t just skip the queue — you go to the front of the line, ahead of Mellon and Silmaril subscribers. When the server is full on wipe day, you get in first.
/bgrade + Bulk Upgrade
In addition to auto-upgrading as you build, you can bulk-upgrade your entire base at once. Place all your building pieces, then upgrade everything in one command. Massive time saver for large builds.
Full Skinbox + Custom Importing
Beyond the standard Skinbox, you can import custom workshop skins that aren’t in the default Skinbox library. Find a skin on the Steam Workshop, grab its ID, and import it directly.
Maximum Base Shields (Upkeep Protection)
Base Shields stop your walls from decaying by pausing your TC’s upkeep cost — not to be confused with raid protection, which every player has by default. Valar has the highest shield limits in the game.
| Feature | Mellon | Silmaril | Valar |
|---|---|---|---|
| Max stack cap | 6h | 9h | 16 hours |
| Free shields/wipe | 4 | 8 | 16 |
| Cast time | Instant | Instant | Instant |
You unlock the 16-hour shield — the longest available:
| Duration | Cost |
|---|---|
| 1 hour | 100 Mithril |
| 2 hours | 175 Mithril |
| 4 hours | 300 Mithril |
| 8 hours | 500 Mithril |
| 16 hours | 800 Mithril |
Shields stack — buy multiple and the time adds together. With a 16-hour stack cap, you can protect your base for an entire day. Combined with 16 free 1-hour shields per wipe, your first 16 hours of shield time each wipe cost you nothing.
Maximum Resource Kit
The biggest resource kit available. Includes cooked sulfur and HQM — resources the lower tiers don’t get.
| Resource | Mellon | Silmaril | Valar |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stone | 5,000 | 10,000 | 20,000 |
| Wood | 5,000 | 10,000 | 20,000 |
| Metal Ore | 5,000 | 10,000 | 20,000 |
| Sulfur Ore | 2,000 | 4,000 | — |
| Sulfur (cooked) | — | — | 5,000 |
| Metal Frags | — | 1,500 | 5,000 |
| HQM | — | — | 500 |
Cooldown: 18 hours. Wipe lock: 3 hours after wipe.
Note: Valar gets cooked sulfur instead of sulfur ore — ready to use immediately without smelting.
Is This Pay-to-Win?
No. Valar is the most loaded tier, but nothing here gives you a combat edge. You can’t buy Mithril, weapons, or extra team slots. Resource kits save farming time but don’t give you anything you can’t gather in 15 minutes. Shields protect your base’s upkeep but don’t make it harder to raid. The Quest Server is bonus content, not a power advantage.
A free player who’s better at PvP will still kill you. Valar just means you spend less time on chores and more time playing.
